Questions & Answers
What size is the drain? i will like Bronze drain. Any recommendation ?
The DreamLine Prism shower enclosure kit includes a shower base designed to accommodate a standard 2-inch compression-fit shower drain, which is sold separately. If you prefer a bronze finish to coordinate with your shower enclosure, we recommend looking for an oil-rubbed bronze shower drain compatible with a 2-inch drain pipe. Be sure to verify the drain's compatibility with the shower base before purchasing. For assistance selecting a suitable drain, please contact DreamLine Customer Support at 1-866-731-8378. Thank you for reaching out!
What is the drain measurement? I need to see if it lines up to my old one
The drain is 14 3/8" off of each back wall. Thank you for reaching out!
Does the shower door open into the shower or outwards?
The shower door opens outward. Thank you for reaching out!
Hi Dreamline, I saw your answer to a previous question saying the base is 38" x 38". Does that mean the shower enclosure itself is 36" x 36"? Can you clarify
Yes, that would be correct. Thank you for your interest in DreamLine!
Is the shower base 38 x38 inches? Or is the enclosure 38 x 38 and the base is 40 x 40?
The shower base is 38" x 38". Thank you for reaching out!
Will the dreamline Acrylic QWall-vs - 42 x 42 #SHBW-1541760-00 fit this Dreamline Prism Neo Angle Corner Shower size 42” x 42” #DL-6033-09. thank you.
Yes, those walls will fit this enclosure and base. Thank you for your interest in DreamLine!
I have a delta 38 inch neo angle shower base. Will this fit?
DreamLine neo-angle shower enclosures, such as the Prism, are specifically designed to fit DreamLine SlimLine neo-angle shower bases. It is highly unlikely that the DreamLine Prism neo-angle enclosure will fit any competitor's neo-angle shower base due to variations in curb dimensions between manufacturers. We have observed that attempts to fit our neo-angle glass onto a competitor's neo-angle shower base often do not work out. If you plan to buy a manufactured neo-angle shower base, it is recommended to purchase the matching glass enclosure from the same manufacturer. This is a common standard throughout the industry. For the 38x38" Prism enclosure, the matching DreamLine SlimLine neo-angle shower base is the 40x40" SlimLine base, model # DLT-2040400. Thank you for your interest in DreamLine!
i have a 42 x 36 corner shower that i am building. will this fit or has to be 42 x 42?
The product you are currently viewing is a neo-angle shower kit that includes a 42x42" neo-angle shower base and the matching 40x40" neo-angle glass enclosure. This product will not fit any other dimensions and the base and glass have been pre-matched for size (glass dimensions are smaller than the base dimensions so the glass fits up onto the curbs of the base). This product will not fit the 42x36" dimensions you are providing. Thank you for your interest in DreamLine!
