Questions & Answers
how do I buy 2 of these --dont I need a center post?
Hello, no, you do not. The idea is the first set, or the first panel will be attached to an existing fence or gate, and the post will go on the end of the panel, and then you would attach the second panel and so on.
I bought this but the brackets did not come. Who should I contact?
Hello, sorry about that. Send us an email with your order number and/or your name, and one of our representatives will get you taken care of. Email us at hello@aleko.com. Thank you!
I have a concrete area where I want to mount this fence and gate. Does it have attachments to drill and mount it into existing concrete?
Hi there! There are not existing attachments to mount into concrete.
Does this have to be assembled or does it come completely assembled in the box
Hi there! This kit does require assembly.
1.) The images of the fence sections show a post on each end, however the description states that there is one post. Which is it? Same for the 4 Fence section kits, each fence section image shows 2 posts for each of the four sections.
Hi there! Each kit will come with 1 post, so you'll just need to buy as many fence panels as you're needing and then add one fence post to the order as well to complete the installation. You can find that fence post here: https://www.homedepot.com/p/ALEKO-2-in-x-2-in-x-90-5-in-Black-Steel-Fence-Post-FPOST-HD/311200700
How many/how much fence comes in a box?
Hi there! You'll receive one panel, one post, and 4 brackets in each box.
what is the part number for the post which must be purchased as the end post ?
Hi there! The post's part number is: DIYFPOST.
Can this fence be cut to shorter length?
The fence can be cut, but we do not recommend it as it will void the factory warranty.
