Questions & Answers

WILL THIS WORK WITH 14-3 UF CABLE?

WILL THIS WORK WITH 14-3 UF CABLE?
Asked by: FRITZ
Yes. I use them all the time for running 14-3 and 12-3 UF cable to outdoor boxes. Be sure to snug-up the sealing nut though as the UF cable is ribbed and you want the rubber feed through to seal all the way around the cable jacket.

Can I bring 2 wire through one connector

Asked by: John
You "could" but it would defeat the purpose of being watertight. Two jacketed cables would leave gaps for water to enter and would probably not pass an electrical inspection.
