Product Details

Rebar is a steel bar or mesh of steel wires used as a tension device in reinforced concrete and reinforced masonry structures to strengthen and hold the concrete in tension. Rebar's surface is often patterned to form a better bond with the concrete. When added to concrete, the rebar adds strength and flexibility, which concrete alone does not have.

    A:  I don’t know the maximum strength of the 1/2” rebar. But for my use to hold up the metal posts it worked well.

    I used the rebar outside to anchor the metal posts in my vegetable garden. The metal posts held up my trellis for the cucumbers. The rebar worked out well, As a result I have lots of cucumbers on my trellis.

    I used these to hold my concrete forms in place...
    I used these to hold my concrete forms in place by driving them into the ground. They are easy to hammer into the ground, they are solid, and they’re easy to remove from the ground to be used again.
