A: Probably if you put several coats of exterior finish on it. I used 3 coats of interior polyurethane and in 4 months it has warped and discolored, but it hasn't split at the seams. My bad for not buying a can of exterior-rated finish.
A: The wood is unfinished I stained and sealed my tables they are replacements for original side tables on my Vision Grill

A: I looked on the Home Depot website and did not see the plywood round in 30”. If you are a DIYer, I did, however ,see a variety of 30” round tables and an idea I would use to create a unique table top: 30 in. x 30 in. x 1-5/8 in. Polyurethane Functional Round Louver Gable Vent The table vent, with the addition of a glass top, in my opinion, could create a custom piece If all else fails, you could get a one inch piece of plywood and it a round top.

A: Sorry you are experiencing difficulties. My two table tops came out perfectly, without any cracking. You might look a wood filler or compound, to fill and sand.
