The 1 in. x 2 in. x 6 ft. Select Kiln-Dried Square Edge Whitewood Board provides you with the perfect solution for all your project needs. These boards combine the highest grade available in the market with unsurpassed quality of finish, making them ideal for any interior application. Well known for its excellent workability, easy nailing, screwing, glue holding and superb paint finish. Sourced from commercially grown tree farms, these forests are FSC certified, meaning they are managed on a completely renewable basis.
  • Each piece of this lumber meets the highest quality grading standards for strength and appearance
  • Lumber can be primed and painted or sealed and stained
  • Highly recommended sealing red knots with shellac based sealer prior to priming and painting to prevent bleed through
  • For interior or exterior use

        A:  Technically it probably could be used, however I would only use pressure treated, and they are made specifically for that purpose.
