for thinner boards, pine isn't usually used. you can find oak and poplar in 1/2" and 1/4" thicknesses

Can I cut this with a hand-miter saw?

Can I cut this with a hand-miter saw?
Asked by: HomeDepotCustomer
I would think you would be able to easily cut this with a hand miter. This whitewood is pretty soft and cuts easily. The hardest part might be centering/leveling it in a miter box if you are using one. I hope this helps!
