Needs extra work for grass leveling.
Not ideal for leveling Bermuda without additional work. I did my first round spreading it directly onto the grass and leveling out. I noticed after watering I had a lot of pebbles leftover. On my second pass I used an old screen door to sift out the pebbles. Works a lot better now but a lot more effort and wasted sand material.

I love that it comes on a pallet and in a large bag. I used it in my front yard to level some of my pavers. The sand is very clean and easy to work with.

Bottom 1/3rd of the bag was nothing but clay, dirt and 3/4in rocks
I bought two 9 cu. ft. bags of washed sand and one of the bag had clay dirt along with 3/4 inch rocks about 3 cu. ft. remaining of the bag.

MSU trucks carry one material in the truck box. This would be impossible to have happen unless it was tampered with after delivery.

Purchased this product a year ago and it was just what I needed to level my front yard and mainta...
Purchased this product a year ago and it was just what I needed to level my front yard and maintain a slope for down hill drainage as a paver base. I converted my front yard into a front drive way.
At the time of this review I'm actually ordering 3 more bags for the side and backyard.

beats paying for those 50 lb bags
Great quality sand when you need it for a large project. Saves $ than buying per bag. I used it as a paver base for a large area, so had HD truck delivery along with the pavers. At my HD, it requires a $10 deposit for the bag, which you can return to get the $10 back.
