What hanger bracket do I use mount sink?

I have a American Standard pedestal sink with a cracked basin. This white center hole basin was made in the Dominican Republic in March 2003 and has 3 sets of numbers stamped on its bottom. They are 99034, 0115, and S-74. The pedestal, which is in great shape, has numbers 731100 and S-74. Can you tell me if you have a replacement basin that fits my pedestal?

How many inches at the very back which butts up to the finished wall. I currently have an American Standard pedestal sink which is approx 18.75 at the very back which goes against the finished wall. It is cracked and I need to replace it .

No, the faucets are 4" or 8" centers and the only adjustable ones are 8"-12".
