It says dimensions re 12 in. by 12 ft. It says "Net free area" (?) is 11.53 sq. in. It's a typo, or the math doesn't add up. I would believe 11.53 sq. ft. Explain.
Our Aluminum D6 Perforated Soffit has a NFVA of 11.232 in sq. Net free area is based on a 12" x 12" section, not the entire product length of 12"x12'.
Can the store cut this down to 24" sections

Can this be used as the ceiling material for external deck roofs?
These are designed for overhang applications. However, the design might work for your application.
Can this product be installed as vertical siding
This is not what it was designed to do so it would be hard for me to say in this application.
