We have gutter screens, which do a good job of keeping debris out of the gutters, but pine needles build up on top of and block the screens and water ends up pouring over the edge of the gutters. The brush took a little figuring out (I can push it along the gutter, but can't really pull it), but it knocked off chunks of mattered pine needles as well as loose needles. The next time it rained, we didn't had water pouring over the edge. It also works pretty well cleaning dirt off the gutters and siding with a little soap and water. I couldn't get them perfectly clean, but there's only so much you can do with dirt that has stained after many years. My only criticism is the width of the brush; as someone else mentioned. I can't see how far back it reaches from the ground, but it doesn't seem wide enough to reach all the way back if you have wider gutters. Overall I'm quite happy though. It saves me a lot of time and/or effort.

Sherlock Extension Pole to clean debris from the tops of micromesh gutter guards, the roof immediately above the gutter guards, as well as the sides of the aluminum guttering. The brush and its angle is pretty much the same as screwing the pole into the front of a deck brush. Where the Gutter Guard Brush shines is the side and top bristles. With them, I am able to clean debris from the roof above the gutter as well as the front of the gutter without having to change position or rotate the brush. If I encounter a particularly difficult area to clean, I have substantially more options for ease of access.

It made cleaning the accumulated debris off of my gutter guards incredibly easy. Much easier than having to climb up and down a ladder. It fits easily on an extension pole to reach various heights and the multiple brushes give many options for use. The only thing that would be an improvement would be if it was just a little wider. For the width of my gutters, the side brushes didn't always reach the edge. But otherwise, I highly recommend this product for anyone with gutter guards.

I am surrounded with pine trees, oak trees, walnut trees, chestnut trees and maple trees. So my property and roof are alway covered with leaves, sticks, seeds and nuts. To make things worse I am afraid of heights. I cannot climb a ladder past the third rung. So I had to hire someone to clean of the gutter screens every year. NOT ANY MORE! In less than a hour with minimum effort and NO CLIMBING I removed all the debris and cleaned my gutters. Not to mention I saved $200.

I used this brush for the first time today to remove pine straw from the gutter guard I had installed a couple months ago. I'm a 61 year old woman and I had no trouble using the brush. I attached it to an extension pole and was done in less than 5 minutes. If you have gutter guards, I highly recommend buying this brush. I shopped around & Home Depot had the lowest price. I had to order it and pick it up at my local store. No hassle or wait time to pick it up.

We also bought the long extension pole from Home Depot as well. This Brush will come in VERY handy trying to get the debris off the gutter guards themselves. This is an excellent idea. We just received it so it hasn't had a lot of usage but the brush portion is stiff enough to do the trick and helps keep us off the ladders when dealing with the debris that settles on top of the gutter guards.

Hello - I purchased the Gutter Guard Brush to clean debris from the top of my gutter guards. I found it worked exceptionally well to clean debris off the top of the metal gutter guards so that water can flow into the gutters without obstruction. The product met my expectations and was easy to use and very durable. I recommend it highly to anyone that has an issue with debris accumulating on top of their gutters.

I wish it could of been a couple or more inches wider for my gutters. But I was able to make it work. I purchased the home depot telescoping handle and it went up to the second story. Just had to duck the incoming debris. But after a big rain and seeing the system work properly was well worth the effort. It only took about 30 minutes to complete my 3100 SF two story home.
