The Champagne Bronze downrod matches perfectly with the Hanpton Bay Chelia fan. It works perfectly for the high ceiling where it is mounted. As of 9/27/25 , it is out of stock. Want to buy another Chelia fan with this downrod for another spot in my home.

Extension down rods were a good choice for the fans

Rod has several RAZOR SHARP metal shavings inside(business card for scale). If I hadn't checked first, they would have sliced the wires for sure. NOT GOOD!

I understand that this is not a Hampton Bay product, but it is sold when you ask for a Hampton Bay extension downrod. The Hampton Bay plastic base casting does not quite fit the rod and I was forced to carefully ‘elongate’ the locking screw hole on the side of the base in order to get the screw in to keep the bevel base locked onto the downrod. Not a really big deal, but not an OEM part either. Once I got the screw in the rest of the assembly went just fine.

Made of sturdy material. Matte black color. We ordered the 24 inch down-rod for outdoor fans (Hampton Bay 54 in LED ceiling fan).

I believe that it would’ve met my expectations if I had of gotten the right size. I had to return it, I had no problem with the return, and I got the right product to finish the job.

The product was exactly what I needed to complete the job right the first time.
