We ordered 10 pieces to make a roof for our...
We ordered 10 pieces to make a roof for our pergola that was being rebuilt. One of the pieces in the order was short, it was only a few feet long, leaving us with 9 full 16 foot pieces instead of 10. We called Home Depot to see if we could get just the one missing piece sent out, we could have returned the short one, but apparently due to the policy of the company they buy their tin roof pieces from, we had to return our whole order and reorder it. This was not only a major inconvenience, but has delayed our project by at least month. It’s been several weeks and we are still waiting for the new order to come in. Home Depot gave us a discount on the re-order for our inconvenience, but honestly I would have rather been able to continue our project and just be waiting on our one piece to come in to complete it. So while I won’t say don’t buy from Home Depot (they tried to make it right), I would caution that on pick up of this type of item, don’t count from the end of the pieces, untie the order and lift each piece to make sure you are getting the correct length on each one. Other than that, we liked the product and the color (Gray) that we chose, have yet to see how the re-order and installation goes.

Good product, would use again.
Good product. Used as siding, it's a little thin and you must support it every 3feet or so to make sure it is strong, otherwise you will end up like Ann ... read her review, that's what happens when you don't screw it down per the companies recommendation.

Very good quality. Very sturdy. The only real complaint is that you have to order ten. Also please note the humps or ridges, they are not the same as the old ones with humps/bumps every couple of inches, If you are trying to only replace one or two panels. We redid all the panels on our roof so it wasn’t too bad.
