A: Yes it can. But the nap size may not be enough if your deck is very rough. Thanks,
A: This will work for your project but two other choices would be better. First - the 1/4in nap version of this same product will provide a better finish. Remember to rinse the rollers first in warm water and shake or spin them almost dry before use. Second - the hi density foam mini roller (SKU 272155) is designed for smooth surfaces. In either case, remember to roll slowly and consistently for the best finish. Thanks,
A: First, the door must be prepped properly. Use a 6"x3/8 roller to speed up the process. Pick a good paint used for metal in whatever finish you want.....gloss, matte, etc. Use a tack rag before any paint is applied,
A: Yes, it will work. Although, for a really smooth and hard surface like steel, the thinner the nap the better. Like a 1/4 in nap. The 3/8 nap will hold a lot more paint and make more lines along the edge of rolls.
A: I would probably use a 1/4". If the door is flat, I would use a 9" roller. Both will give you a smoother finish.
A: Sorry but this is a roller cover item. Thanks,
A: It is not recommended to roll a polyurethane, as it can cause it to bubble. A good quality brush is a preferable choice. thanks,
