First night it was fine but from there on it...
First night it was fine but from there on it was awful. I will NOT straighten out and has piles and indents that are uncomfortable to sleep on. Sorry I bought it.

give it a chance
When we first took the product out of the box the filling was uneven--probably due to the way it was folded for shipping. Two of the zones lengthwise were higher than the others, making it very uncomfortable to lie on. We decided to lay it out on the mattress and let it settle, then used our hands to smooth them out. Now it's fine.
