Is this lumber untreated? I want to build a raised bed garden with some of these boards.

Yes it is untreated and would only last at most a few years being in contact with the moist soil of a raised garden bed.

What grade lumber would I us for utility trailer deck/flooring.

Certainly not anything you would buy here. For trailer decking your first choice should be 1" thick rough cut White oak. preferably 1"x 8"s

how much is a length of wood 12ft long, 1 and half inches wide, 3/4 inch depth- the cheapest wood

Nice solid piece of wood, I really like that Home Depot will cut it for you if you know your dimensions. I had mine cut into 6 24in sections, 5 are exactly 24in and 1 is just shy of 24in. The saw blade is about 1/8th in. So the wood was 12 feet long exactly. The 2x10 are general measurements.

Ordered online and had it delivered along with a bunch other items used these to build a raised garden bed, quality was ok but could have been better. I’m a little picky about my lumber quality after 27 yrs. in my own remodeling business. It basically all comes down to management training of the associates doing the picking at the stores.
