A: The wood can be used to build a gate. Wood is a natural product and when installed needs to have a small amount of space for contraction and expansion based on the weather conditions.

You can't just grab and go. Carefully examine each board for knots, gashes and warping. It takes several minutes to locate the best ones, but I am quite happy with the boards selected.

"Who knew that 2 inches by 4 inches (Actual: 1.5 in. x 3.5 in.) could be so exciting? This brown stain ground contact pressure-treated lumber is the answer to all of your construction dreams! With its sturdy build it's the perfect addition to any project. And the brown stain adds a touch of elegance that other lumber just can't match. Plus, it's ground contact pressure-treated, so you can rest easy knowing that it'll hold up even if you accidentally build your deck on quicksand.
Just be careful not to mistake it for a chocolate bar - trust me, I learned that the hard way. Overall, if you're looking for lumber that's both practical and fashionable, look no further than the 2 in. x 4 in. x 10 ft. Brown Stain Ground Contact Pressure-Treated Lumber. It's the best thing since sliced bread - or should I say, the best thing since sawed lumber?"

Used this to build a ramp for my little shop. Great wood. Maybe I come back in 5 years to let everyone know how long it lasts. I am going to put something on it next days off like Thompson's Water Seal or equivalent. Wood ought to last a long time in Mesa Arizona!
