Not sure on the Moen replacement but I can tell you that it does not come with the tool to remove/replace the seats. That's another $14 on another isle. You would think an all in one would include the tool to do the job correctly!!

No! This kit is for price phister (sp) and no, it does not come with the seat removal tool.

Thank you for contacting Danco. This trim kit will not replace Moen parts. This trim kit is designed specifically for Price Pfister Verve faucets. Also, all parts for repair are included but not the tools needed.

NO, It will NOT work for MOEN. It doesn't come with seat wrench tool. It's made for Pfister.

This set is for a Price Pfister valve, probably installed in the 1970s or later. If you have three valve stems, you could try to remove the diverter stem and bring it to Home Depot. They have a large selection of replacement parts, and could possibly tell you what valve it came from. While this set may not fit your installation, they have many replacement knobs, trim, and valve stems, and may be able to update your set. But it would probably be sensible to replace the entire valve set. During that time frame, lead was used in the solder to make connections, so you may want to investigate that before deciding on a course of action.

I knew the Home Depot has one but, only problem is which one should I get. so, I asked to sales Rep. in Plumbing section for help me to find the right one.

Thank you contacting Danco. The kit includes all valves that are needed. It includes 12H-2H Stem (valve), 12H-2C Stem (valve), 12H-18D Stem(Diverter valve), (3) #38 seats, and (3) flange and nipples. Thank you for your inquiry. You will need to remove the stems from the wall. Once out, you can either take them to your local Home Depot, where a helpful plumbing associate can assist you in identifying them, or use the Danco StemFinder at https://www.danco.com/stem-finder/step2/.

Try removing the diverter stem and bringing it to Home Depot. They have a selection of replacement stems to match many of the more popular valves installed in that time frame. They also have a selection of universal replacement knobs and trim that may fit your installation.
