60-Watt Double Life G16.5 Incandescent Light Bulb (2-Pack)

Sometimes you need a smaller light bulb for smaller fixtures, this is what you need. It might take a little longer to install but that's why you buy a bulb with longer life. This bulb is small and advertised as double life a good combination for a light fixture in a short hallway that you don't want to have to change often. That is what you see a short hallway in a fixture you don't want to have to visit more than every 2 years. It works well providing a good amount of light in this location.

Shipping was perfect. Many times when ordering fragile items there is always a concern that the item will arrive damaged. I am very happy to report that these arrived fully intact and are working perfectly. We placed them in the vanity in our main bathroom and they provide plenty of light for putting on make-up anytime of day. Can't say enough about the packaging. Great job.

These 60-watt incandescent light bulbs are attractive, stylish and practical. They give off a nice soft light as opposed to a glaring light like some other brands and styles and they are economical. Their long life is an additional bonus. With no particular reason given, on the back of the package, the manufacturer has printed in the instructions 'Operate base down to horizontal only.' Personally, I would like to know why. Nonetheless, I will follow the instructions.

My wife wanted a lower watt, lower power bulb for a small decorative lamp that we use in our entryway. It gives enough light to avoid stepping on errant doggie toys but with that warm glow that only incandescent bulbs do. Low output bulbs with a full size base aren't easy to find anymore but this fit the bill. Anymore, bulb descriptions and designations get confusing so here is a picture of this bulb next to a standard A19 bulb.

This low watt bulb was exactly what I was looking for. It wasn't available in the store so I'm glad that it was available online.

Ordered online. Never did use them, wrong socket size.
