The BEHR Premium Solid Color Waterproofing Stain and Sealer is an advanced 100% acrylic formula that delivers all-weather protection from the elements for up to 10 years on decks and 25 years on fences and siding. The product is self-priming and delivers excellent protection from the sun's harmful UV rays. This stain will hide imperfections while allowing the wood texture to show through. This product is also great for composite decks.

can i do double paint? I painted behr premium semi transparent waterproof and sealer, redwood color today. But I don’t like the color, it is pinkish red, so I want to paint again to change the color to neutral medium brown color tone. Any concern?

Can polyurethane be applied over ?
Hi Last, thank you for your question. The Solid Waterproofing Stain and Sealer does not need a topcoat, as it is designed to work alone, so we do not recommend topcoating with a polyurethane. I applied 2 coats of Semi Transparent Redwood Natural Waterproofing Stain and Sealer and not completely satisfied with results. Can I apply a 3rd coat of same color in a Solid variety?
