Hey Bob, you'd need to get confirmation from local code just to be sure but staples used in pressure treated wood need to be stainless steel. These do not meet those requirements, though we do have stainless steel staples in our Briscon staple line(SN40BSS25 and SN40IBSS20). Hope this helps!
