will this shower door fit 50x65 opening ?
No, this shower door is not designed for a 50" x 65" opening. The Coastal Legend model fits openings approximately 50.5" to 52" wide and has an overall height of 66". Thank you for your interest in Coastal Shower Doors!
Will door fit 38 1/8 opening
Unfortunately, this door is too small for a 38-1/8" opening. You would need a model with a slightly larger adjustment range (for example, one that goes to 39" or more), or reduce the opening slightly. Thank you for reaching out!
my walls are plumb but the threshold of my shower pan is not level. It is 1/4 inch lower on one end. Is the installation of this door adjustable enough to compensate for that?
This door does offer some adjustability, but it is primarily designed to compensate for out-of-plumb walls, not an out-of-level threshold. The wall jambs can adjust vertically to help align the door, but they do not correct for a sloped shower base. In general, installations can handle very minor out-of-level conditions, but a 1/4 inch difference across the threshold is beyond typical tolerance. It may still be possible to install the door by using shims to level the frame during installation, ensuring the door itself is square and properly aligned. However, this situation can make installation more challenging and may affect how well the door seals, so careful shimming and installation will be important for proper performance.
What would be outswing clearance needed for the Door to swing open completely. This is for the 55.5 in. to 57 in. model. Please see sample picture attached.
