I would like to buy 3-4 5 gallon pails of the Behr Pro base # PR613. I would like to have them tinted before I arrive so I can just pickup my paint and leave. I can buy the base online before you mix

does this paint work well to cover spray foam insulation? can it be diluted with water to increase coverage?

As it turns out, we don't recommend using any of our products on foam insulation, as we haven't tested our coatings on this type of substrate and are unsure of how they will perform. Would this work on vinyl?

Before application, scuff-sand glossy/smooth surfaces and ensure the surface is clean. You also want to select a color that is similar to or lighter than the vinyl to avoid warping.
