The Delta Breez 80 CFM Recessed Ceiling Bathroom Exhaust Fan is super quiet, ENERGY STAR qualified and HVI certified. HVI Certification promises our fans are independently tested and rated to ensure they deliver on promised performance. The brushless DC Motor has an efficiency rating of 8.5 CFM/Watt. Compact housing makes for easy installation and replacement of older bath fans. Suitable for rooms up to 80 sq. ft. makes it perfect for small power rooms, laundry rooms and the home office.

Keep total duct runs under 10-15 feet when using Flex ducting or up to 20-25 feet with smooth ridged metal ducting.
