This unit is exactly as described and is quiet. Mounts easily, though we mounted on a wall and had full access on the other side. Great design.

Good Quality easy to install

Installation of the light was straightforward. Light is bright but not harsh, and the fan is powerful but quiet.

Purchase fan primarily due to very low noise ratings for the rated air flow, and the fan did not disappoint. Very quiet!

Good for the money a bit of noise.

Great bathroom exhaust fan. Our electrician hooked up the fan and light separately so that they can operate on different switches. The light works on a dimmer. Fan is pretty quiet but works well, you can actually see it pulling the steam out of the room after a hot shower.

It’s a good fan on the quiet side with good cfm at a good price. It’s suitable for new construction or remodeling. Given the weight of the fan and the fact that 99% of the drywall installers make the holes much bigger than needed Delta should consider supplying at least a bracket for this fan. Overall I am happy with this fan and I am hoping I will not have motor issues in the near future. If it proves reliable I don’t why someone will chose a 50cfm noise maker instead of this fan. Kudos to Delta for this product.

Easily installed. The fan is whisper quiet - nice bright light. Huge improvement over 30 year old fan/light which it replaced.

Nice an quiet,, works well in our half bath! Only thing I’ve noticed is that it starts up very slow.

The fan work well, but in less than a year of usage, the fan got louder already. That sucks! It's no longer the same tone when we first installed it. Sounds rougher after a minute or two once it's turn on.

The exhaust fan is excellent and does what I purchased it for. The delivery was completely terrible, It was supposed to be delivered the next day and didn’t arrive for five days!

I am not using the dimming feature but the warm LED light isn’t too bright or too dark. Fan works well!

not quiet and vibrates

We installed this in two bathrooms and the fans are quite silent while the lighting is good for the bathrooms we have (small and medium sized rooms

My husband is upset because when I installed this new exhaust fan, it's so quiet he can't tell if it's on or off from the hallway. I told him that was the whole point! DUH!!! It was a little more difficult than I anticipated to get the old fan out, but putting this one in was pretty simple. If I can do it, you can too.

easy to in stall. Fan is very quiet. Does good job of clearing humidity from bath room. Fits in small opening.

IT'S LOUDER THAN I WOULD LIKE.

First of all this fan is quite but but depending on preference you might want one just a bit quieter. Easy installation, replaced contractor grade fans though out, sleek and moves air (100cfm) no foggy bathroom windows.
