It may be 700lbs of breakaway torque and 500lbs of driving torque though my high torque wrench has 1300lbs of breakaway torque. Could be a typo.

This is the one that I bought and the adapter if you want to use any 1/4” bits. I don’t have the part # but it’s easy to just google it.
