I am curious to know if this pipe can be arc weld or fluxcore welded
We don't recommend to use these pipes for this situation.
I would be using this a decorative purpose. Are there any markings on the pipe that would need to be covered?

Thank you for your inquiry. There are no markings or stickers, but there is a coating on the pipe. Depending on your project the pipe may need to be cleaned and sealed. Please see http://pipe-decor.com/homepage/clean-and-seal/ for tips on how to clean & seal pipe for projects.
The pipe I bought was not in anytime protective covering so yes, there were some marks on the pipe but you have to keep in mine it’s an industrial type pipe even thought it’s called decorative.
What is the actual inside diameter? (The 3/4 inch is 0.824 inch actual i.d.)
The ID of ½” pipe is 0.62”. The OD of ½” pipe is 0.84”

Is this the same steal like like all black piping? then why do you call this pipe connector, pipe decor?
This is the same as steel as used for gas connections but is bagged to make it easier to clean before a project, the UPC is not affixed directly to the pipe. It is named a pipe connector because that is how a nipple is generally called for piping projects.
