Will it help with hard hard water

After water staying in a cup for a 3-5 minutes, I easily can see the fine "sand" inside of the glass. What is this?
The dust has a white color. The clear water glass start being matt. We bought this filter about 1-2 months ago
Hi Vlad, This could be the carbon dust or carbon residue from one of the carbon filters in the system. Turn on the faucet and flush the system for 3 to 5 minutes.
