How much rice for 2 people?
This product is advertised as, "BLACK+DECKER 3-Cup White Rice Cooker with Steaming Basket and Non-Stick Pot". Is that incorrect? Dos it come with, Steaming Basket?
I bought it but it is only cooks 1 cup, not 3 cups as they marked on the box.

Do not fill the bowl more than halfway with liquids, as the oatmeal will expand during the cooking process. For even heating, stir occasionally. When the oatmeal is done, the rice cooker will switch to warm. Please note that this is for well-done oatmeal. If you prefer a different consistency, monitor the cooking process to manually switch to warm for desired results. Choose recipes that will cook in one hour or less. How to use rice cooker
Whatever amount you want cooked you put have of that when dry. You fill the metal basket/bin to the desired fill line, depending on the amount of rice you’re looking to cook. If you want 3 cups you fill it to the 3 cup line.
