I bought it but it is only cooks 1 cup, not 3 cups as they marked on the box.

If you prefer a different consistency, monitor the cooking process to manually switch to warm for desired results. Choose recipes that will cook in one hour or less. Whatever amount you want cooked you put have of that when dry. You fill the metal basket/bin to the desired fill line, depending on the amount of rice you’re looking to cook. If you want 3 cups you fill it to the 3 cup line.
