This King Mattress topper is the worst I have ever purchased. It has been weeks & it still has not flattened despite following unpack instructions (lay flat I did 52 hrs) but it still has visible area that did not flatten . We tried to sleep on those area it has NOT helped. It appears uneven even with a quilt on it. With a thin cotton mattress protector & bottom sheet there is No cooling feature….

Not worth buying.
I previously wrote a review about this topper. I could not get it back in box to return, got a survey from Home Depot that I responded to and stated the issues with this product. Never heard from Home Depot again. Product has never flattened out as it should snd cooling feature is felt only when initially laying on it. This is useless and appears no way to return. Money lost ( I bought a king). I will never use this brand again. Also have sent my concerns to serta . Got no response .

I understand why it was discounted! Did not expand to two inches completely, no straps on corners to hold in place and really does not cool. kept as a standard mattress cover. no way worth over $300.!!

The mattress rested for 72 hrs. on flat surface, still had raised strips on both sides of mattress, as if made in 3 pieces. I had no choice but to put it on bed. It seems to be okay ,but a little disappointed.

Mattress never expanded to a full 2" height, made the bed surprisingly hard and was HOT to sleep on. I had used a laser temperature gauge on the spot I slept on: it registered 92 degrees.
I tossed and turned all night, trying to find that cool spot. I was exhausted!!

Bought 2. Returned them. Lumpy and they never inflated or puffed up. Box said 2021 so maybe they were in the box too long. We have bought Serta Memory foam in the past but never the artic ones.
