Q:How can you cut this? Would a handsaw work?

A: A hacksaw is a good choice if you need to make just a few cuts. Scissor-type plastic cutters are effective for small pipes of 1 inch in diameter or less, but they require more effort by hand. Ratchet-style cutters tend to be more accurate than scissor-type. They can cut larger-diameter pipes up to 1 1/2 inches.

Q:Is the 3/4" size ID or OD. Also can this be heated and bent to desired angles?

A: The OD is 1.050" and the ID is .780", product can be heated but identified bending equipment needs to be used for field bending or it will crease.

Worked very well. Was able to heat and form the conduit to my application.

I used this conduit for a PoE security camera project. I chose 3/4" conduit because I wanted the option to pass a 3/4" diameter weather-resistant Ethernet connector thru it. I used a heat gun to form 4 bends and the end result was perfect: smooth curves with no couplers or glued elbows.
