Voids and delaminating after installing
After spending a few hours installing this all over our floors as part of our remodel, huge bubbles started popping up all over the top of the plywood. Had to spends hours removing all the screws from the flooring and replace it with a different material. They did not let us get a refund even though the boards were such terrible quality. Warning you now. Do not waste your time and money!!!

The 3/8 CDX plywood was everything that I could expect from CDX plywood. There was a little bit of curl in the sheets but that is a rather typical problem with this thickness and grade of plywood. All in all it more than exceeded my expectations.

Hi there, sheathing panels are manufactured to performance based standards, not for the face and/or back appearance. The primary end uses for sheathing are flooring, roofing and wall siding where eventually the panels are covered and the look of the panel is not important.
For a more visibly appealing panel, sanded plywood is a structural panel with the face sanded smooth in the manufacturing process. The high grade of face veneers and the smooth sanded surface make sanded plywood an ideal panel for a variety of applications where appearance is important.
