Step 1
Ideally, work on a cool, overcast day. Mix the cleaner 50/50 in a tank sprayer. 1 gallon of concentrate makes 2 gallons of ready to use product.
Step 2
Start with a dry surface. Thoroughly saturate to clean stains from Algae, Mold and Mildew and wipe out Dirt and Grime.
Step 3
Let the cleaner soak for the time listed on the bottle. During that time a second application of cleaner may be needed to keep the surface wet. Areas of heavy staining may need additional soak time or a quick brush. Then, simply rinse with a garden hose.
