Not exactly sure what that means....but you cant see the bulb action too much in the daylight. It looks great at night though.
As far as I know, it only comes in Bright White.
can this bulb be used ceiling fan?
Thank you for your question. This bulb can be used in most fixtures or lamps that accept an E11 base, but cannot be used in an enclosed fixture due to the heat that halogen bulbs give off. Most ceiling fans take either a E12 base or an E26 base. Please consult the ceiling fan specifications for what type of bulb and maximum watts can be used.

Yes, it comes as standard in a Hampton Bay fan from the early 2000's.
you will need to check the fixture specifications for which bulbs will work. this is a 100 watt T4 base halogen, some fixtures have a wattage limit.
