I see the shelf in the cabinet is removable. Is it adjustable? Also, what are the dimensions inside the doors?

I called Hodedah as suggested. They told me the only specs they have are the assembly instructions. Per the instructions, the shelf does not look like it is adjustable. When I asked for dimensions they could not supply them. How does someone buy online?
The smallest Microwave Oven I could find that Home Depot sales has dimensions of Dimensions: H 11.5 in, D 14.8 in, W 19.1 in. The installation instructions state that the minimum clearance behind the appliance is 3 Inches. Left hand vs right hand ???
