The BEHR Masonry, Stucco and Brick Paint a high-quality, satin acrylic latex paint with a 20-year customer satisfaction guarantee. This interior/exterior, self-priming, alkali and mildew resistant finish also provides excellent adhesion, coverage and water repellency and color retention. Ideal for use on properly prepared interior or exterior vertical surfaces such as stucco, masonry, concrete, concrete block and brick as well as adjacent wood and metal.

Can this product be use for wood post on porch

How long before 2nd coatings

Can this product be used on an outdoor concrete porch with little foot traffic

Is this paint good for the outside foundation? What is the best roller and brush to use?

I have Hardie Board siding that was painted years ago. I want to repaint it with this. The tint "Dainty Lace" (MQ3-11) closely matches the original color. It is advertised to be one-coat for Dynasty and Marquee family. Does that apply to this paint?

Is this a latex paint and can fire retardent be mixed into it? My first retardent solution says it can be mixed into any latex paint.
