The opening I have is 26” at the top and 26 1/2” at the bottom. Which door size would you suggest? I was looking at the 25.75” but instructions call for extra 3/8” space. Can a hinge have extra padding between the wall and hinge?

The model requires 3/8" for hardware and spacing, therefore, if your shower is tiled and you've taken 3 width measurements and your minimum measurement is 26" and no less, the model to suit is the GW-DO-25.5, the 25.75" will be too large and not fit the space. Please note it is essential the shower is tiled before ordering as our models are as close to a custom fit as possible, without the higher custom prices, therefore accurate tile to tile measurements are necessary for the right fit.
