What color are the hinges and other hardware?

The top piece of hardware on the door is cracked. It hangs up on the screw that holds the door in place on the upper track. How do I fix this?

I need this unit to work in a 63.25 x80 1/2 opening will it work?
Thank you for choosing EightDoors! The ideal opening height for this bifold door combined with the hardware that comes included is 80-3/4-in. That being said, the bottom of this door can be trimmed by as much as 1-in if needed. However, each 36-in bifold door requires 36-in of opening width (72-in in the case of 2 doors side by side) so they won’t fit in a 63-1/4-in door opening. If the existing closet door opens into the closet, can you install this door using the same hinges or hinge locations if you want it with the point of the door opening into the room, not into the closet, on the side where the hinges are?

Once installed, the doors will fold into the room rather than into the closet. What is the maximum you can trim in the top and the bottom?
Thanks for considering EightDoors! Our warranty does not cover trimming this bifold door, so we do not recommend you do it. If you intend to trim it anyway, we advise you to avoid damaging/removing the dowels in the door structure, which are 1-1/2-in deep in the bottom edge of the door and 1-1/4-in in the top edge. My finished opening is 29-7/8 in width. Is it possible to make it work?
