Once I get the tv on the mount it isn’t clicking into place on the bottom. What could the issue be ?

What if I need to access the HDMI ports on the back of my LG 65 inch TV? Will I be able to do that?
LG 65-inch TVs typically feature 3 to 4 HDMI ports located on the side or rear recessed panel. If yours are on the side, you should have no issues. If they are deeper inside, you will need to check if your hand can fit to reach the cable with a 1.1-inch distance from the TV to the wall. Thanks.

Hi, we allow and give warranty for TVs up to 57". For your question, any TV that weight up to 88 lbs. with up to VESA 400 x 400 should be fine with this mount... but due to the over size of the TV it will be under your responsibility (no warranty) Thanks.
Why can’t tv slide either direction
it is depends on the wide of the holes in the back of your tv in compare the wide of the wall plate.if your tv has a 600 VESA wide there is no room to slide your screen v left and right..is it is less then 600 you can slide it left and right.
