We just got this new unit. The temperature control knob does not turn all the way to the left where the higher temperature is. The max we are getting is lukewarm water, as far as the knob can turn. How do I fix that? Is this some setting issue?

How do you disable the ECO Flow? We have used this shower unit. The ECO Flow water pressure is poor. We have had to take a much longer shower to remove shampoo and conditioner because of the poor water pressure.
