Installation hardware is included for both inside and outside mount. Care instructions: Packing and shipping will typically cause the fabric of this product to wrinkle. First, allow all items to hang for a few days so that the wrinkles can relax and begin to fall out. If necessary, steam the shade on a low heat setting to remove stubborn wrinkles. However, be aware that if the temperature is too high, it could damage the shade. To clean the fabric on the shade, use a feather duster or vacuum lightly using the soft brush attachment.

How do I measure for size?
Thank you for your inquiry. It would depend if you are doing an inside mount or outside mount. For an inside mount we recommend ordering a size 1/2" smaller than your window space measurement to ensure it fits with the brackets. If you are doing an outside mount, we recommend ordering a size 3-5" more on the width to ensure the complete window space is covered.
Does the 72 inch length come in 69.5 width?

How much should I add to my window measurements for an outside mount?
Thank you for your inquiry. If you are mounting your blinds directly to the frame of the window, measure the exact width and height of the wood frame itself, from outer edge to outer edge. Or, for maximum privacy and light control, go above and beyond the window frame. We recommend adding between 3in. to 6in. to your width measurement. Also add at least 2in. to your height measurement to allow enough room for the mounting brackets and headrail above the opening.
