How do I change frequencies on this fan?
Hello, pull the battery and change the 4 dip switches in the battery compartment, then reinstall battery, turn power on to fan, and finally it sync button in battery compartment. THX
When the light is on and the fan is off, the light works perfectly fine. But when we have the light and the fan on, the light blinks on and off. If we put it at the highest speed, sometimes the light turns off all together, or it can blink on and off.

Hello, I am sorry to say that there is no other LK available for this fan. This fan LK was decided upon by Home Depot. This fan is an older model that does not have CCT capabilities. THX

Hello, a neighbor nearby may have bought a new ceiling fan and has the dip switches in the battery compartment set same as you. Change the dip switches and this should solve your problem. You will have to turn fan off at switch for 1 minute then turn back on and hit the sync button in your battery compartment. THX
