Questions & Answers
Is it possible to fill the base with a couple inches of water? Obviously, I would have to put a stopper in the drain.
Does this pan have a texture surface for slip Pervention
Hi there, Unfortunately, Swiss Madison items do not have a non-slip or slip-prevention texture. Best, Swiss Madison team
Does this have a slip resistant floor?
Does this drain into a 1.5 inch pipe like a regular bathtub
Hi there, Unfortunately, Swiss Madison does not include a drain with the shower pan. A drain would need to be purchased from an alternate brand. We advise referencing the dimensions of the drain purchased to ensure it will fit into the pipes of the home.
What is the setback distance from the center of the drain to the wall?
What is the best cleaner for this base
Hi there, Swiss Madison does not have exact cleaning or product recommendations for our items. However, we do not recommend excessively abrasive or corrosive cleaning products as this may compromise the finish and paints on your units. Best, Swiss Madison Team
There is conflicting information in the answers about drain size, one says 3.5", one says 4.5", and when I search I only find 2" drains with 4-1/4" strainers. Will that fit or has anyone had a problem finding the right size drain?
Can you use this pan with a shower enclosure?
