How high is the seat height?

I think it averages about 20-21 inches at it's tallest setting. It sags in the middle to about 19 1/2 inches. I love the chair. very comfortable.
The specs show the maximum seat height is 29.13". This is obviously incorrect. What it the actual max seat height (looking for at least 25")?

Silver base but based on lighting in my place it can look gold.
The seat size dimensions seem a bit small (17.5 inch x 17.3 inch). Would this be comfortable for people taller than 6'?
I'm 5'8" so not quite 6'. But I am able to curl up in the seat with both legs and sit cross-legged with both feet + my butt in the chair. To give you an idea. I think it's a pretty good-sized seat.
