Extended Reach Ratchet features ONE+ HP Technology that provides up to 55 ft./lbs. of torque. Utilize this ratchet's extended reach and slim head to access hard to reach areas. The 4-position head makes fitting into tight spaces a breeze at any angle. It means the battery is bad. I had a Ryobi battery that went bad. I contacted their support and they asked a few questions and had me test a couple of things. They said it was bad and sent me a new one quickly.
