Questions & Answers
Installation instructions, tub screen
Hello and thank you for your inquiry. Our installation instructions can be located on our website at Glasswarehouse.us under the resources tab. If you prefer please feel free to contact our team directly at: inquiries@glasswarehouse.us and we can email you a copy. Thank you. Thank you!
Are there holes in the glass where the clamps are if I want to change them
Hello Jime and thank you for your inquiry on our Fluted Bath Radius model. Please note our models do not have cutouts for installing the mounting hardware, instead we offer a 'clamp-like' mounting clip in which the glass fits into which the mounting clips are then fasted to the glass with a grub screw. If you would like to review the installation guide along with the type of mounting hardware our models come with, please contact our team directly at: inquiries@glasswarehouse.us where the team can provide further information. We look forward to hearing from you! Thank you, GW Team
Trying to install it however there was no hardware in the box
Hello and thank you for your inquiry. Please reach out to GW directly at inquiries@glasswarehouse.us with your order details so we can track your hardware shipment. Thank you.
34 in. x 58.25 in. Right-Hand Single Fixed Frameless Fluted Frosted Bath Panel Radius Shower Tub Door Can this be installed on a fiberglass tub enclosure? (Both tub and walls are fiberglass)
Hello and thank you for your inquiry. All GW enclosures can be installed on fiberglass and acrylic tubs. You may choose not to drill in the bottom clip at all and instead proceed with applying silicone as instructed. If all other instructions are followed precisely, your enclosure will still be stable and secure without drilling in the bottom clip. A stud is also required if installing into fiberglass. Please feel free to contact our team directly at: inquiries@glasswarehouse.us with any further questions you may have, as we often do not receive these questions for several days after they are posted online. Thank you.
What is the radius on the Shower glass?
Hello and thank you for your inquiry. The radius on our panels is 200mm. Please feel free to contact our team directly at: inquiries@glasswarehouse.us with any further questions you may have, as we often do not receive these questions for several days after they are posted online. Thank you!
I am going to use this on its side. The short {(width) will be on top. I will have the radius on the left side top with the shower on the inside right. Will the frosting be inside or outside? This will be mounted on a pony wall for a new shower.
Hello and thank you for your inquiry. Based on the information provided, you are wanting to flip the panel on its side on the left side. If you are installing it on the left side, the fluted side will be facing the outside. We would, however, suggest reaching out to our team directly at inquiries@glasswarehouse.us for further assistance with this to be sure that you order the correct pane to suit your requirements. Thank you!
What are the dimensions of the brackets the glass sets on
Hello and thank you for your inquiry. The mounting clips are 2" long, 3/4" wide, and 1" tall. Please feel free to contact our team directly at: inquiries@glasswarehouse.us with any further questions you may have, as we often do not receive these questions for several days after they are posted online.
You have both left and right hand versions. I assume it is so the flutes are on the outside. If I stand outside the tub with my back to the tap wall, the tub is on my left. So is that a left-hand version?
Hello, if you are looking at the tub and want the panel on the left side, then you would order the left handed model and vice versa. Please feel free to contact our team directly at: inquiries@glasswarehouse.us with any further questions you may have, as we often do not receive these questions for several days after they are posted online.
