The Design House 588509-SG Gracelyn 1-Light Pendant will brighten your space with its modern influence that blends seamlessly with any design. For indoor, ceiling mount applications, this model is easy to install and is suitable for sloped ceilings with an angle of up to 45 degrees. Included are (2) 6inch and (2) 12inch standard adjustable rods and (1) 2.15inch stem to add flexibility for hanging at various heights. The included stem gives the option to mount this light as a semi-flush ceiling light. This pendant is rated for 120-volts and uses (1) 60W standard medium base bulb or LED equivalent (not included). Measuring 48-inches H by 9-inches W, this 2.6-pound fixture can be mounted on its own or with several fixtures at varying heights for a dramatic look. How easy is it to remove the glass for regular cleaning?
Hi Eliza! The glass from our Gracelyn Pendant is easily removed with a gentle twist. There are no screws or pins to worry about and it goes back on just as easily. ~Design House Team
can the fixture be mounted with the glass above above the arm, instead of the glass globe hanging below? Opposite as pictured here.

What is the minimum fixture hanging length for this fixture? I?m looking for something in between the semi-flush mount option and this max length 48 in. pendant option.
Our Design House Gracelyn 9 in. 1-Light Matte Black Pendant can be installed as a flush mount so the ceiling to bottom of the glass globe is 13".
Are additional extension tubes available? I need a little bit of extra length for my high ceilings.

Does the rod swivel or swing, where it connects to the base on the ceiling, or is it stationary?
The base on the ceiling has a swivel allowing the rod to hang at any angle

How do you change the light bulb?
To change a light bulb you would loosen the decorative nut on the top of the decorative cover on the glass shade and slide the glass shade side ways to slide it pass the metal fixture on the inside of the glass shade. The decorative nut is the wider round sleeve on the top of the decorative cover to the glass shade, it is wider than the rest of the stem coming down from the ceiling base. The decorative nut can be very tight, so be careful. A picture of the assembly and installation is attached to help show how it is put together.
