Does this shower have a support bar at the top that goes from the shower door to the wall? I can't see one in the product photos, but I see one in a customer photo. I'm looking for a glass door with out that support rod.
Hello and thank you for your inquiry. The 45° shower rod is an optional piece of hardware to install on the stationary panel. This item provides extra stability to prevent ‘flex’ in the stationary panel when opening and closing the door panel. It is, however, 100% safe to install this model without fitting the 45° Shower Rod. The stability and security of the models are in the siliconing step of the panel which is essential. If the GW Installation Guide has been followed precisely you will not have any issue with the stability and integrity of your GW shower enclosure. Do the hing connected to the wall and glass door have to be used?
Hello and thank you your inquiry. This model can only be installed with the door panel hinged to the stationary panel glass, not the wall. If you are wanting your door to hinge of to the wall, then you would need to order model "TBWH". Our panels are designed to fit the hardware offered by GW. If you choose not to use our hardware it will void the warranty. Is this product reversible? Can you install it with the door on the left or the right side? I read through all of the information and did not locate that specification.

can the fixed glass panel be narrower and the door panel wider than 26" wide? I would like the fixed panel to be approximately 22" wide and the door panel approximately 32"wide. Is this doable? Thanks, John

The sizes of the door and stationary panels will vary depending on what stock is available the time of receiving your order. Depending on the size of the enclosure, the following door panels can be included with this model: 26”W, 26.25”W, 28”W, 28.25”W Our door panels with standard handles (no towel bar) are available from 24" - 30" in 1/4" increments. How far does the door swing? (in degrees) Does it have a "door stop" to keep it from hitting, say, a toilet?

How is the towel bar attached? Does it stick on the door or are there holes drilled in the glass and the towel bar attaches like a door handle?

Does this shower door have an arm at the top. I know one of your frameless does, but I need one that doesn’t.
