Can the fan speed be controlled with a wall switch?
Good morning, Adam, Yes the fan can be controlled with a wall switch but you will not have complete use of the fan which will enable your from changing the speed and if the fan has a light and is dimmable you may not be able to dim the light along with other functions that require the remote. Does this come with a remote?
Good morning Stone, No this fan does not come with a remote a wall control or hand held remote can be purchase separately. The model number for the wall control is 371042 and for the hand held it is 371082 or 337001. Thank you for your inquiry.
Can a light kit be added to the fan?
Hello and thank you for your inquiry. Any of the Kichler accessory light kits can be used on this fan. If the fan is outdoors, only use an outdoor light kit. Thank you for your review. We apologize for the misunderstanding, this is a damp rated fan and needs to be kept undercover. If you want something that can be out in the elements, you need a Wet rated fan.or a Weather+ fan.
